Congresswoman Lisa McClain is excited to announce the 2022 Congressional App Challenge, an opportunity for middle and high school students interested in computer science or coding to create their very own app.
Starting in 2015, the U.S. House of Representatives has organized a district-by-district app competition to encourage students to challenge themselves in an area they may not have had a chance to explore.
The challenge officially launched on June 15th, and students have until November 1st to submit their app. Any middle or high school students in the Tenth Congressional District interested in participating should register at CongressionalAppChallenge.us.
The winning app from the Tenth Congressional District will be featured on CongressionalAppChallenge.us and may also be eligible to be on display in the U.S. Capitol.
